My name is Elisa "Lucky" Henderson (she/her), I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am also a wife, a mother of one, a daughter, and a sister.

My wife and I are both animal lovers, we have 2 dogs, a Bugg (Daphne) and a Pitbull Terrior (Scrappy),  a senior cat (Vinny) we adopted from Barcs, and a few more little pets.  You may have seen us with Daphne at festival in downtown Baltimore in the summer months, she loves the car. Scappy not so much..... 

 I have been in the area for most of my life, graduated from Bowie High School in PG County. I worked in the Baltimore and Anne Arundel County areas throughout my career with the United Stated Postal Service between 2006-2023.

Outside of helping folks along their real estate journey. I've become active my local chapters of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and NAREB. Through the actions of these organizations we are able to spread awareness. Creating safe spaces for DEI discussions, how to be an ally, how to bring DEI into the workplace, and more as we fight to end discrimination in Real Estate and beyond.
