"Carmen Alvarez has been into the real estate business since 2016 by investing in properties in Texas, Florida and South America. Her passion to help friends and clients reach their real estate goals gave her the motivation to become a realtor so she can better serve them in and outside the USA. She has experience in short term rental investment with a 30% average ROI by also offering property management services. Likewise, she works with single family home and multiunit renovation projects increasing the likelihood of higher revenues. Carmen was born in Colombia and is Floridian by heart. She holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and masters degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington , lives in the Saint Petersburg area and is a proud wife, mom of one boy and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking and more."
