Jeremy integrates the skillset he acquired after working in the building industry for roughly seven years with his extensive real estate knowledge. Jeremy uses this unique lens blending real estate and construction to take the headache out of selling your home while building value in one of your largest assets. Buyers and investors have also found his experience indispensable when developing budgets, determining the feasibility of desired property upgrades and negotiating repairs.

Jeremy has built his real estate business on a few key principles: honesty, integrity, courage, perseverance and giving.
