Erica brings 10 years of experience: 5 years of residential real estate knowledge working with Builders and Lobbyists at the Home Builders Association of Georgia, and an additional 5 years of commercial real estate knowledge at CBRE Valuation and Advisory/Appraisal Department in Atlanta, GA. Gustavo brings 20+ years of residential contracting and experience with buyers and sellers to yield their highest ROI's and quick access to trades and services that the average homeowner or agent doesn't have. We have the knowledge, resources, and emotional intelligence to adapt to any client/situation/project.
