Terri joined the Shelly Wagner team in January 2022 after a successful, thirty year career in banking. Terri was the Consumer Banking Manager for Regions Bank for almost 18 years where she taught associates how to uncover client needs and help them with solutions that improved their financial lives. Prior to that, Terri was a Branch Manager for 11 years, where she helped her own book of business with their personal and business needs with an emphasis on lending.These skills helped Terri transition into the world of real estate.  Her passion for building relationships and helping others to achieve their goals of being a first time home buyer, finding their dream home or selling their home has helped in her success.  Terri is a life long resident of Shreveport and has strong ties in the community.  She is married to Larry Little, State President of Origin Bank and they love Northwest La and are committed to making this area a better place to live.Together, they have 5 children - Trent 25, Jonathan 23, Morgan 22, Abby 21 and Jason 20.
