Her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, her love of numbers, and her ability to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends has been instrumental in driving the success and growth of her business.

 

Shelly is recognized as a prominent figure in the real estate industry. In 2017 & 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022, she was named the #1 Coldwell Banker Agent/Team in the entire State of Louisiana. These recognitions reflect their unparalleled dedication and expertise in the field.

 

In 2022, under Shelly’s leadership, The Shelly Wagner Team achieved remarkable sales of over $60+ million, positioning them as a market leader. This accomplishment is a testament to her superior business awareness and effective execution of strategic initiatives.

 

In May 2023, Shelly Wagner embarked on a new chapter in her career by opening Shelly Wagner & Associates +JPAR® Real Estate. This venture represents her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to providing outstanding service to her clients.

 

Outside of work Shelly enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Pete, traveling as much as possible. With a total of six, grown, children and two grandchildren combined. Their family is known as, “The Modern-Day Brady Bunch”.

 

Shelly feels truly blessed to be doing what she loves every single day. Her passion for real estate shines through in her unwavering dedication to her clients and agents. She is driven by the opportunity to help others succeed in the real estate business.
