• Kelly and Joan Frederiksen "Team Freddy" HERE 4 U! Kelly and Joan met in College and married a year later in September of 1988. They have four children together. Three boys and one girl. The youngest are twins, a boy and a girl. Kelly was born in Bountiful, UT where growing up he focused on the goal of becoming a professional baseball player. He learned that value of hard work and determination as he became a pitcher for BYU winning a WAC ring in 1984 and then onto playing with the Montreal Expos for two years. Joan was born and raised in Twin Falls, ID where she grew up admiring her dad as a broker in the real estate business and she enjoyed showing her quarter horses. This lead to her becoming Miss High School Rodeo Idaho and 1st runner-up to Miss High School Rodeo America her senior year of high school. She also has fond memories of representing the Snake River Stampede in 1984 where she grew to love the community of Nampa and the surrounding areas. Following retirement, after 20 years of teaching, Joan felt the desire to return to her roots. Together Kelly and Joan are a competitive team who love to win big for their clients! Their love of real estate and desire to help others make their dreams come true are a driving force for Kelly and Joan. They love getting to know new people and are always excited to help them in their hunt for happiness, which includes finding their perfect home.
