About

Texas is calling Not Texas-born, but Texas-made! I came to Texas in 2001. I wanted to finish my humanities master's in a warm state! Texas real estate and San Antonio itself began growing exponentially as I was at the (also growing) University of Texas San Antonio.  I became fascinated by the influx of the Texas population growth and Texas real estate development. The timing just fit perfectly, as I chose to become a licensed REA and do a real, real estate internship as a licensed REA, and do my thesis on women breaking barriers in real estate.  WELL, I bought my first Texas-made cowboy boots, and I never left?.  I became fascinated and engulfed by the Texas culture, San Antonio's re-development/modernization and regentrification, and its 2 other largest major cities in the United States.  Texas truly is an amazing state when you begin to understand its economy! PHEW! It's Mind Blowing! TO add more to my Texas WOW Factor, I then became enchanted by Texas Ranches.  WHOA! Nothing as luxurious and glamorous and rugged beauty as some of these ranches! I now travel to the Texas Hill Country weekly doing Ranch Valuations and Hill Country residential valuations. Learning what Texas had to offer me and future Texans, is extraordinary! and YES! IF YOU HAVEN'T YET, YOU WILL BUY THE BOOTS TOO and FIND HOME!
