Rus has lived in St. Lucie County resident since 1963 and has played an active role in the community by managing and owning several service companies for 20 years, serving as an Educator for 20 years in various schools in Fort Pierce, and now helping friends with their real estate needs. He has earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Florida and a master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University. During all of that time he has worked in his family’s real estate business, buying, renting, and selling. This practical experience gives him valuable knowledge of the business from all sides. His education and experience dealing with statistics and data are of great benefit in helping locate the property buyers want and the best price for sellers. More importantly, working with people in businesses and schools has taught him the importance of listening.
