I began in real estate out of college in the REO dept. of a now-defunct bank. It was the right fit for me, so I got my license in 1989 and worked for a boutique firm primarily in Kessler/Stevens Park, Winnetka Heights, Oak Cliff, "M" Streets, Lakewood, East Dallas. In 1996, when that owner retired, I became a co-owner of my own small boutique company. However, since I focus in Oak Cliff but, really I sell all over the metroplex now, I am now part of a high-tech firm--JPAR!!-- with other top producers. I am high-touch on the delicate art of helping you find the right home, sell yours, and I am highly skilled in the contract, mortgage, and inspection parts of the move as well.
