Diana

I have been a Nevada licensed Realtor since 2015.  Being raised in Southern California, I love the sun, so I spent the next 18 years in Arizona and have lived in Nevada since 2007.  Excellent Customer Service is always a first priority for me, which started with my 5 years of experience at Disneyland.  I am passionate about instilling trust with our clients, by following through on every aspect of their needs.  

My background has been in customer service and process management, as well as business and risk analysis, as I spent 30 years in retail and credit card banking operations. In order to support our Military, I am also certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

When I’m not working in my Real Estate career, I enjoy volunteering at Ronald McDonald House – I’m always happy when I’m feeding people – and making meals every month brings me so much joy.

I have been a Nevada licensed Realtor since 2015, also.  I was born and grew up in Southern California, then moved to Arizona, when Diana and I married, living there 18 years, before moving to Nevada in 2007.  Being passionate about ensuring our current and previous Military personnel understand all aspects of home purchasing, is one of the reasons I made sure I was certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).  It’s important they understand all the benefits available to them.

My career started with service in the 82^nd Airborne Division, then 5 years at Disneyland, and over 30 years in the Postal Service, where I recently retired.  I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and spent time volunteering at Calvary Chapel Food Pantry, facilities, leading bible studies and teaching at the Bible School.

Together, we bring proven customer service and teaching skills to our Real Estate career, and are driven to provide clients with great communication, including quick responses, detailed research and timely follow-through. Being Real Estate Agents in Las Vegas, we service the entire valley, including Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Alliante and the Copperfield Sub-Division, in addition to Pahrump and Mesquite.  Our proven skills in Sales and Negotiation, has benefited Buyers and Sellers; from Seniors to First time homebuyers, whether purchasing Transitional, Primary, Secondary, Vacation, Investment, Multi-Unit, Mixed Used, Townhome, Condominiums, Single Family Residence, Manufactured, Modular, New Construction, High Rise, or land properties.  We have a heart for teaching Veterans about the benefits available to them and work with a team of Lenders and Vendors that can assist with, VA, FHA, Conventional, JUMBO, USDA loans, as well as Down Payment Assistance and Credit score remediation.  We are Team Leaders who are Transparent, Honest, and Determined to give a positive experience with every encounter.  You will find us responsible and knowledgeable, in addition to being compassionate, Patient, Confident, Resilience, friendly and of course, fun.

We met while we were both working at the Blue Bayou restaurant in New Orleans Square at Disneyland.  What a wonderful experience working there – meeting many folks who still remain our friends, and learning so much about customer service and how treating people kindly should always be our number one goal. 

Playing softball, both with Disneyland, as well as city teams, we enjoyed the friendships, activity, competitiveness and especially the laughter that comes when playing a loved sport for so many years.

Our family and friends are very important to us both.  They are located all over the USA, and we love traveling to see them and spending time with them all.  But, we spend most of our time at home, either trying new recipes (we are a bit of foodies), cooking up big batches of pasta sauce and meatballs, walking our pups (Lady and Tramp – what other names would we have chosen?) or playing games.  Every week, we have some type of lunch, dinner and/or games dates with our friends – who have become our family!  

You’ll find us playing Hand and Foot or Pinochle most weekends, with Bunco and/ co-ed bunco as often as we can – come join us!
