Eliane is a State of California licensed REALTOR® with JPAR Iron Horse Real Estate in Pleasanton, CA. Prior to earning her Real Estate license in 2007, Eliane worked as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator which allowed her to learn the industry hands-on, and she developed a passion for it.

Eliane represents buyers and sellers in most cities of Alameda and Santa Clara counties starting from San Leandro going south to San Jose and east to the cities of Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore.

In her spare time, Eliane enjoys time with her family and her dogs, loves to cook, go on wine tasting tours and swimming. She is also involved in her local board, Bay East Association of REALTORS®. and serves on the Professional Standards and MLS Committees.

My Background:

I fell in love with Real Estate when I began a job as a transaction coordinator for Better Homes and Gardens Reliance Partners (formerly Prudential CA Realty). Even though my educational background is in Computer Sciences (Bachelor's of Science) and I hold and M.B.A in Computer Information Systems, the personal and service oriented aspects of the real estate industry as well as the never ending learning process fascinated me.

Besides the English language, I fluently speak, read and write French, Arabic and German and can serve clients in those 4 languages if need may be.

I am certified in serving Luxury Homes, Corporate Relocations, and specialize in serving Sellers, First Time Buyers, Empty Nesters, Move-Up/Downsizing clients, Investment Clients and any aspect of the Resale and New Home Developments markets.
