Jim Pokorny started his real estate career 14 years ago as a top producer with another realty company in the metroplex. Building a client base form referrals and personal contacts, he is known for his commitment to service, honesty, integrity, and strong faith. He enjoys working with first-time home buyers and offers keen wisdom and knowledge in all facets of the buying/selling process. Jim has expertise in updating and remodeling homes as well as new construction purchases. He offers a full team with mortgage, title, construction, handyman, inspectors and other professionals to assist you.

Prior to starting his real estate career, Jim owned a national distribution company and a manufacturers rep agency, working with major retailers and discount chains throughout the United States. Marketing, selling, negotiating, managing and training people are skills from his business experience that have carried over to real estate.

Jim attended the University of Minnesota with a degree in Marketing and Business. He and his wife, Lynn, have a son, daughter, "son"-in-law, "daughter"-in-law and precious granddaughter. If he isn't with family or working , you can find him on a tennis court. He is also very involved with his church, serving as a deacon, in the "Before You Say I Do" program and other areas of ministry both at church and the community.
