Trish Nicely is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry, including more than two decades as a licensed Realtor. As the Broker and Owner of JPAR Southern Maryland, Trish leads one of the region’s most dynamic and supportive real estate offices, bringing a unique blend of strategic insight, mentorship, and leadership since taking the role in 2022.

In addition to her brokerage leadership, Trish serves as a Teams and Broker Coach with the Jared James Today coaching company, a role she began in early 2025. In this position, she works directly with real estate teams and brokerages nationwide, helping them build scalable, sustainable businesses rooted in systems, accountability, and purpose.

Trish holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University. Born in San Benito, Texas, and raised in a military family, she learned early the value of adaptability and strong work ethic—qualities that continue to shape her approach to business and leadership.

Throughout her career, Trish has been widely recognized for her commitment to agent development and her passion for helping professionals succeed without sacrificing their personal lives. Within JPAR, she’s built a strong culture of mentorship, guiding agents to take control of their schedules, grow their careers intentionally, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. She is a sought-after speaker and webinar host, sharing her insights on building real estate businesses that are both productive and fulfilling.
