Jeff has lived in Colorado for 26 years and has lived all over Metro Denver area & Boulder. He was in the Technology Industry as a Software Developer for many years and started a successful online business over the past 12 years. In real estate he has had some personal misses and some great successes.

In his early years he missed a great investment oportunity due to lack of knowledge on down payments. Years later he purchased his first condo in an up and coming neighborhood which double in valued and was able to fund the building of a custom home that came with immediate equity. Jeff has always had an interest in real estate and pursued his license to start investing in Denver. However on a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico that all changed. Him and his wife started looking at condos and soon bought their first condo in Mexico, and to date own 3 that generates a nice income. (If this is of interest, please contact me)
