Maria Fernandez was born in Bogota, Columbia, and has been a proud North Carolina resident since 2007. Before becoming a Realtor®, Maria has filled a variety of roles in retail, the service industry, marketing, and in a foster care facility. Whatever she’s put her hands to, it’s always been in service to others. In addition to being passionate about helping people, Maria also loves interior design–so much so that she earned a bachelor’s degree in design!

In addition to her creative pursuits and assisting her clients, Maria also loves traveling to new places and spending time with her friends, her fiancé, and their dog, Paco the Taco. Maria cares about every person she has the privilege of working with. She is dedicated to helping her clientele achieve their dreams and get the most out of their real estate investment. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but Maria is committed to making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
