I’m Jennifer Duaine, a Dallas Realtor with JPAR and founder of SOHIP Dallas Homes, serving the distinctive neighborhoods at the heart of Dallas—from the Park Cities and Preston Hollow to Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Uptown, Turtle Creek, Oak Lawn and the communities south of 635.

My approach combines strategy, presentation and highly personal service. For sellers, that means looking at a home through a buyer’s eyes before it ever reaches the market—identifying what will make it stand out, thoughtfully preparing and positioning it, and creating marketing designed to make buyers stop and take notice.

For buyers, it begins with listening. A home is more than bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. I want to understand how you live, what matters to you and what you’re ultimately trying to accomplish. From identifying the right neighborhood and recognizing value to negotiating the contract and navigating the details, my role is to help you make a well-informed decision with confidence.

My background in sales, marketing, business development and new-home sales shaped the way I practice real estate today. I believe exceptional representation requires more than putting a property online or opening doors. It requires preparation, market knowledge, communication, creativity and the willingness to be genuinely involved from beginning to end.

The Story Behind SOHIP Dallas Homes

SOHIP Dallas Homes was founded by Dallas native Jennifer Duaine and grew from a deeply personal connection to the neighborhoods that have shaped both her life and her real estate career.

After years working in real estate and development in San Diego and San Antonio, Jennifer returned home to Dallas. While living in Highland Park, she encountered the term SOHIP—South of Highland Park—and immediately recognized something familiar: a central point connecting many of the Dallas neighborhoods she had known throughout her life.

That connection became the inspiration for SOHIP Dallas Homes—a real estate brand built around neighborhood-level knowledge, strategic representation and the belief that finding the right home begins with understanding how and where you want to live.
