Originally born in the Midwest, Toby has called the DC Region home since the mid-1990s. Her diverse background has given her an intimate knowledge of the region that is unrivaled, even by area natives. She has been a local small business owner, an active community volunteer, has raised three kids, and after receiving her Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, Toby spent nearly a decade teaching mathematics at high schools in both Lower and Upper Montgomery County. These varied experiences have given Toby a comprehensive and nuanced perspective on what it means to make a home in Maryland, down to the school district and neighborhood level. An aspiring philanthropist, Toby is also active in many local charitable organizations, including Manna Food Center, Becky’s Fund, and Interfaith Works.
Whether you are in the market to buy/sell/or rent, Toby will work tirelessly to ensure her clients reach their housing goals.
