Originally from Puerto Rico where I earned a graduate degree in business administration (MBA) at the Interamerican University. This knowledge, coupled with my undergraduate degree in accounting (BBA) and over 25 years of experience in the US Corporate world has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers. 

Moved to Texas 15 years ago and have been working in real estate for over 10 years. I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES),  Master Certified Negotiation Expert Designation (MCNE), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) among other designations. 

Also an active real estate investor and have extensive experience in new homes buying and developing small residential projects. Passionate about real estate and enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. Fully bilingual English and Spanish. I utilize a team of professional service providers to assist my clients buying and selling needs, including stagers, painters, handyman and inspectors. I am communicative, thorough, detailed oriented and will be alongside you every step of the way.
