A Jacksonville resident since 2009, Sandy is a military spouse and over the past 30 years she has had the pleasure of traveling and living throughout the US and overseas. Born and raised in Colorado, she spent most of her time outdoors, enjoying skiing, hiking and camping as much as possible. As a military wife, she has always been keen on community involvement, program outreach, and finding the best home to fit her family's needs such as the proximity to good schools, work locations, and to medical facilities. While overseas, one of her many positions was with the US Department of State as the Community Liaison Office Coordinator. In this role it was her job to find suitable housing and to make the transition of each new employee and their family members as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Her primary goal was always to make them feel at home in a new place which was sometimes halfway around the world. She also served as the personal assistant and property manager to the US Ambassador, which was very challenging yet rewarding. These are some of the reasons why she has always felt so drawn to a career in real estate. She is trustworthy, motivated, and committed to understanding her clients' wants and needs and it brings her great satisfaction knowing she has helped a client reach their desired end outcome. Sandy will be your advocate throughout the entire process and she’ll go above and beyond all expectations to help you and your family achieve your real estate goal!
