I have been working on being a better human for years now and I have found that helping others is not only therapeutic but is my "why".I have always professionally gravitated towards service industries as it aligns with my personality and seems to be the best environment for me. I have been a restaurant general manager, sales director and now I am finally where I was supposed to be, helping families find a place to call their own. After September 11, 2001, I needed a change as my current position as a transportation and logistics manager for Kinko's was just not my calling and I decided to get my Real Estate license and have loved it ever since. ⠀ I have lead real estate brokerages with over 400 agents and have increased sales in every position annually for the last 19 years compared to the previous year. I have a knack for getting to the root of what is important for all of my clients by just listening and well, just listening! The goal when serving others in real estate is actually to make their goals, my goals when it comes to finding the right home or netting the most out of their family home. Privately, my goal is to anticipate client needs and work so diligently that they feel compelled to tell others. Raving fans are a product of performing a service for others because it is what feeds your soul versus the pursuit of a paycheck. ⠀ I maintain a fast pace and I will very likely answer my phone too late or sit with you until you "get it". I am fiercely loyal but maintain a light heart and a good sense of humor. When speaking with clients, the conversation tends to move quickly and there will likely be a few jokes peppered in that they will laugh about later. ⠀ Working with me, clients know that I write strong contracts, price aggressively, and negotiate on their behalf just short of hand-to-hand combat. ⠀ If you are ready to navigate this hyper local market, allow me to be your guide. You will get a mix of professionalism and personality, and we will hit your goals together.
