Lenny Byrd has over two decades of multi-faceted real estate experience that really helps to serve his customers well. He has built and renovated many properties including the 1884 Victorian that he and his wife call home. He has worked as a home inspector for residential and FEMA. He also worked in the mortgage industry and understands the lending side of the business.

Lenny personally invests in rental properties, flips, and short-term rentals. He is well versed in valuing deals and creating win-win negotiations. Above all, Lenny strongly believes that real estate is one of the best tangible assets available and he is passionate about sharing his knowledge to help his clients acquire the perfect property for their needs.
