Julio Laguette was born in Texas, and moved to Chihuahua, Mexico as a young boy. Julio was raised speaking both English and Spanish with a strong emphasis on both Mexican and American cultures. To further his education, Julio moved back to the United States to attend Culver Military Academy and eventually graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a B.S. in Finance. In 2011, Julio, recognized the Spanish speaking populous seeking to buy Real Estate was greatly underserved. He noted his skills as a mediator between the two cultures could be incredibly valuable. These skills, coupled with his passion for helping people achieve goals, propelled Julio to obtain his Real Estate License. This industry has proven to be Julio’s true passion. Whether his clients are looking to sell their current home, purchase a new home, relocate to Texas, invest in real estate, or even buy their first home; Julio can handle it all. In addition to Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Julio has earned the certifications of Accredited Buyer Specialist as well as a Military Relocation Professional. As a value-added bonus, Julio enjoys serving as a consultant for any Real-Estate related questions.
