Morgan Hoffman is a nationally recognized real estate broker, brokerage owner, and community advocate based in Boise, Idaho. An Idaho native, Morgan’s career began early as an executive assistant to a local Realtor, before moving to San Diego, where she became Chief Operating Officer for Excel Properties, a top-performing brokerage specializing in REO sales. Under her leadership, Excel Properties rose to become the #1 office in San Diego County, closing over $256 million in sales in 2008 alone.

In 2009, Morgan returned to Boise, bringing the high-performance standards and operational expertise she had honed in California. In 2012, she partnered with Nick Smith to launch the We Love Boise Real Estate team, later expanding into brokerage ownership with JPAR Live Local. Today, she leads a thriving brokerage known for agent training, collaboration, and setting a higher standard for professionalism in the Idaho real estate market.

Throughout her career, Morgan has been involved in more than 2,000 successful transactions and has earned multiple honors, including the Idaho Business Review “Accomplished Under 40” award and "Woman of the Year" recipient, as well as the TWIN (Tribute to Women in Industry) award.

Morgan continues to merge business and community impact. She serves as the Realtor for NeighborWorks Boise, assisting with development opportunities and marketing their pocket neighborhoods. She is also a proud member of the Women’s and Children’s Alliance HOPE Society and operates Kindness Coins, an initiative recognizing acts of kindness throughout the country. Through JPAR Live Local’s volunteer branch, the Kindness Crew, she helps organize service projects supporting local nonprofits.
