Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Draper, mom, wife and Realtor®. I love assisting in what is most peoples biggest financial investment. As a homeowner myself, I decided that I could do better for buyers and sellers than mine and my husband's agent did for us. We felt like we were in limbo and didn't know what to do. Purchasing a home really gave me an understanding of the process and what I can do to assist the initial investment. I believe that communication is vital to being a persons Realtor, In addition I like to answer any and all questions I can. To do that I keep up to date with new policies and procedures within in my brokerage as well as board and NAR regulations. Making sure that I can be the best Realtor I can be has set me apart from everyone else. I not only enjoy assisting in home buying- I try to teach them abut the process along the way.
